- Productized the FDE methodology itself into fde-pro, a published, installable AI skill that reads a resume to diagnose FDE fit and prescribe growth.
- Built each product 0-to-1 (agent architecture, prompt engineering, context/tool design) and run the production infra myself — Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, Supabase, MCP server — reusing shared methods, components, and conventions across all of them.
